This sculpture of two eagles and an American flag was commission by the city of Coeur d’ Alene in 2015 to commemorate the prisoners of war, more specifically Fred McMurry a local Coeur d Alene resident & POW. It’s prominently displayed in the Mcuen park downtown CDA .
